Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Mahavidyalaya, Mahur, established in 2008, has been consistently working towards providing quality, affordable, and value-based education to students from tribal, hilly, adivasi, and socio-economically backward regions. In alignment with its Vision, Mission, and Goals, this Institutional Development Plan (IDP) outlines a structured roadmap for academic excellence, infrastructure expansion, research promotion, student development, community engagement, and governance reforms over the next ten years.

Vision: To empower adivasi, hilly, and backward rural students through quality education.

Mission: To provide quality education and employability-oriented learning to students from hilly, adivasi, and backward class rural areas.
